Released Version

Chorus… A hole is where her heart was A hole is where her heart was I’m glad I got away, yea so glad I didn’t stay

A hole is where her heart was it all turned out to be a fake I was on fire til I reached the top but it was more than I could take

One in a million that’s how I felt tricked by her pussy and the bad cards she dealt I was feeling a stupid kind of high but all about her was a lie

Chorus… A hole is where her heart was A hole is where her heart was I’m glad I got away so glad I didn’t stay

I was so close, so close I was so close to overdose on her and her web of deceit and greed and all that bullshit that no one needs

I don’t know where she is now I still care for her somehow But she ain’t no good that much I understood

A hole is where her heart was she was more than I could take I was burning down like a cigarette in a five minutes break, yea

Chorus… A hole is where her heart was A hole is where her heart was I’m glad I got away so glad I didn’t stay A hole is where her heart was A hole is where her heart was no more foul play on any other day A hole is where her heart was A hole is where her heart was I’m on my way into a beautiful day
